Let’s Talk Natural Hair – Deep Conditioning

Scroll down to content

Hey y’all! As promised I want to start my Let’s Talk Natural Hair segment. This week let’s talk about Deep Conditioning!! Deep conditioning is instilled in my weekly hair care routine. I typically try to deep condition on Sunday’s so I can leave it in overnight and really let it sit since I hate sitting under the dryer.

My go to deep conditioners really is anything that is thick in texture. I’m not really a huge fan of Shea Moisture products but I LOVE their deep conditioners and hair masque’s. Some of my favorites include the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Restore Treatment Masque, the Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hair Masque, and the 10 in 1 Renewal System Hair Masque.

A deep conditioner that I’ve been recently using has been the Naturall Club Deep Conditioning packs. These deep conditioners come in packs and are made so fresh you have to refrigerate or freeze them! They are avocado based and you can buy them for either dull, damaged, or dry hair. I’ve tried all three and one thing I must say about them is that my curls are extremely moisturized afterwards.

What are some of your go to deep conditioners?!

Have something to do? No worries! Turbans are a great way to Deep Condition on the go!
